Dimensions of the Base of the Miro-Flex LED Trailer Stop/Turn/Tail Light # STL23R24B
Question:
What is the diameter of the light measured behind the widest part of the lens? I have attached a marked copy of your dimensional drawing to show what dimension I am asking about. Thank you!

The picture you submitted didn't make it through unfortunately, but I did attach a dimensional picture of the # STL23R24B that shows the overall dimensions from the widest point of the assembly.
The width of the assembly behind the lens is 4-1/8 inches. The overall diameter is 4-5/16 inches. I believe this is the measurement you are looking for. For a rubber grommet to install this light you would want the part # A45GB. For a pigtail harness you would want the A47PB.
