You are correct. The parts you listed, Trailer Hub Assembly, part # 8-258BTUC1, and TruRyde Trailer Spindle, part # TRU97FR, will work well together. You will want to make sure your wheel shave a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. I have attached a helpful article that explains how to measure the bolt pattern on your wheels.
These are designed for a 2,000 lb trailer axle. You want to make certain the spindle is installed by a certified welder. The new spindle must be absolutely square with the axle in order to prevent premature tire wear and wheel tracking problems.
If you are in need of bearing grease when you put this system together, I recommend Marine grease part # L54FR and a mini grease gun #L30100.
To make it simpler to pack the bearings with grease I recommend using the LubriMatic Deluxe Bearing Packer, part # L70025.
