If your 2003 Toyota Tundra came with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector and you are using Curt brake controller # C74VV then you will need the proper wiring harness to plug it into your truck, # C51362.
If your truck did not come with factory 7-Way and you are trying to hardwire in the controller then the black wire is 12 volt power to the controller, white is the ground wire, red is input from the cold side of the brake switch, and blue is output to the trailer brakes. I have linked a couple of videos to the right that should help.
