Axle and Hub Recommendation for Off Road Camper Trailer
Question:
I am building an offroad camper trailer. I plan on using your Timbren axleles set ASR35HDS02 in tandem with idler hubs, it will be going under water/mud on a regular basis. I am planning on using 2 sets to help on steep grades that can reach upto 3/4 of a mile at 4.I would like to know if the disc set would be a good choice for my trailer?

When it comes to building an off road camper trailer, the best configuration that I can come up with is using the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension, # ASR35HDS02, with the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit, # K2HR526DKG. The heavy-duty steel construction and black powder coat finish of the axle-less system resists wear and corrosion and the rust-resistant, marine-grade, disc brake kit would be perfect for your set-up since you mention the fact of them going under water/mud on a regular basis.
