We offer two trailer connectors for the 2011 Audi Q7, and both can be seen on the link provided. These are intended for the versions of the vehicle that have the factory tow package. Both use a standard round U.S. Car connector at their rear for connection to the vehicle. Part # HM40975 has both 4-pole flat and 7-way blade connectors and part # 41155 is a 4-pole only. My research suggests that all Q7s were produced with factory wiring. You can check under the bumper for this round connector that plugs in to the two above items.
If you are trying to install another hard-wired harness the connections for these are made at the vehicle's taillight wiring. It is best to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to confirm the functions on each wire since wire colors alone do not ensure any specific function is carried on a particular color wire.
You may also be able to obtain the necessary trailer wiring harness from your local dealership.
The linked article will give you guidance for typical trailer wiring configurations and connectors.
