I believe this is a westin sportsman grille guard and if so was wondering if it will fit a 2005 Chevy avalanche and if it will can I lurches the replacement mounting kit for it

The Westin Sportman Grille Guards are made custom to each vehicle they fit. Westin makes the grille guards and the hardware kits custom to fit each vehicle. So to answer your question, no you would not be able to take a Westin grille guard designed for a different vehicle and adapt it to your 2005 Chevy Avalanche.
You would need to get the Westin Grille Guard part # 40-1175 that you referenced.
