The Airlift 1000 Rear Air Helper Springs Kit # AL60818 that you referenced is indeed a complete kit with two air springs hardware, tubing, and Schrader valves for manual inflation. This kit fits the Ram 1500 series.
If you want to add automated inflation/deflation from the comfort of your cab you can add the Load Controller II Compressor System # AL25592 whichi is shown in the linked video.
