No Power to Brand New 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Question:
I have no power to the t1 connector the one on the truck is there but only one prong has power . Do I have to take the truck to the dealer to be programmed

If you have a brand new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the 7-way does not have power on all of the pins then I would take the Jeep back to the dealer you bought it from and have them fix it. Most likely it's missing relays or they are blown somehow. Either way they should be all functional from the factory so it would be on them to make it work.
If this is an aftermarket 7-way you installed on your vehicle then it will need to be reprogrammed.
You might check your owners manual for fuse locations for the trailer connector and check them just to see if they need replacing.
