We have installed some of our trailer hitches on 2013 Toyota Siennas, and we check the clearance measurements when we do installations so that customers can find a suitable hitch for their need. unfortunately, The height of the Sienna does have a lower frame and you may see less ground clearance than with other vehicles.
One of the hitches we offer is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 36513. This is a Class ll hitch and has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. Another is the Curt Hitch, part # C13105. Both of these hitches has a distance of 11 inches from the top of the receiver tube to the ground.
If the hitch does not pose a problem on your vehicle you may want to consider either ball mounts that have a rise or accessories that have a raised shank to provide more ground clearance.
If you are looking for any other accessories like cargo carriers or bike carriers let me know and I can make some recommendations that will work for you.
