Yes, you can use idler hub # AKIHUB-440-2-1K. It does use inner and outer bearing L44643, has the 4 on 4 bolt pattern, and it is compatible with 12 inch wheels. The races are already pressed in the hub and the bearings, seal, grease cap, and lug nuts are included.
