Do WeatherTech Floor Mats for the 2007 Toyota Prius # WT450851 Have Grommets for Installation

My Prius 2007 has two rubber hooks on the floor for the carpets. I dont see two holes in the liner for those hooks . Does it have those holes for the hooks
