We do offer a number of different roof racks that will fit on your 2002 Toyota RAV4 with factory roof side rails. All can be seen using the link provided. These differ in the length and profile of their crossbars; some include locks while others do not, and they do vary in their compatibility with rack-mount accessory items.
The most cost-effective option is the square bar Malone system, part # MPG201. This rack includes locks. Please see the linked video. I recommend using the aero system # MPG216 as an upgrade.
Before loading your cargo you'll want to check your owner's manual (or with your local dealership) to confirm the vehicle's roof weight-bearing capacity, which may be higher or lower than that for the roof rack you choose. You'll want to ensure you do not exceed the capacity of the lowest-rated item.
If you'd like to tell me your roof cargo plans I'll be glad to offer suggestions for bike racks, kayak carriers or whatever other accessories you might need. I also included a second link that will show you all brands of roof racks for your RAV4.
