I am Looking for a Coupler Repair Kit for a Multi-Fit Ball Trailer Coupler

Do you sell a repair kit for a turn wheel hitch? My wheel screws down, fairly tight, then kind of pops then is looser, tightens again then loosens. No screw lock, the little lever under the screw knob. thanks
