If you have a factory 7-way on your 2002 Chevy Trailblazer there are wires under the dash that will be used to install the Tekonsha Brake Controller part # 39510.
The red wire from your vehicle will get run to the black wire of the controller.
The light blue wire from your vehicle will get run to the red wire of the controller.
The black wire from your vehicle will get run to the white wire of the controller.
The dark blue wire from the vehicle will get run to the blue wire of the controller.
