Can a 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 Tow a 9,259 Pound 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
In need to find out if I can tow a 5th wheel weighing at 4200 kgs pulled by a 2005 gmc Sierra 1500 , 5.3 L v8. Need to know if this is over my max capacity. Any way you can help?

There are about 37 different configurations of the 2005 GMC Sierra 1500. To determine the capacity of your specific model you will need to check the truck owners manual.
I believe that 4200 kgs (9259 pounds) exceeds the max towing capacity of most if not all configurations but your owners manual will be able to tell you for sure.
