Looking for the Brake Light Switch Wire on a 2011 Honda CR-V
Question:
Can you identify which Brake Wire I need to tap into for my Even Brake System for the Even Brake controller on my 2011 Honda CRV? Not using the Relay, so just need to tap into the Brake Wire. Do you have a picture? Sincerely

The brake light switch wire on the 2011 Honda CR-V is typically a green wire with a silver stripe. I recommend using a circuit tester, like part # PTW2993, to test the wire before making any final connections. Vehicle manufacturers have been known to switch the color codes on vehicles from time to time.
The brake switch wire is found at the stop light switch on the brake pedal arm. You may need to remove a small panel under the dash to expose the stop light switch and the wires. You should only see 4 or 5 wires coming out of a white connector, that is the stop light switch. I have attached a photo showing the stop light switch for you to reference.
When testing the wires, the ignition may need to be on for power to transfer to the brake light circuit. Roadmaster recommends installing their Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit, # RM-751000, and the 12 Volt Outlet Kit, # RM-9332, with the Even Brake on your 2011 CR-V.
