A MagnaFlow cat-back system such as # MF16513 is going to increase the power from the motor that is taken away by the stock pipes and mufflers that are more restrictive. This will give your 2013 Dodge Challenger more power overall and help compensate for the restrictiveness from the catalytic converter.
The mufflers are straight through with no baffles to restrict the flow of exhaust. The muffler sub assembly does have chambers, otherwise the system would be incredibly loud.
Typical gains in power are around 10 horse power or so and 20 foot pounds of torque.
