Recommended Flat Tow Braking System and Wiring Kit for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk

Question:

Need brakes for my 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk TOAD. The death wobble fix has been installed. Falcon All Terain non binding tow bar with plate installed. Jeep lights are hooked up to MH using round 7 pin on MH to a flat four connector on Jeep. Pretty sure the diodes are already installed as the lights work. Looking at the roadmaster invisi and the Duo . Favor the duo. I think I need the Duo and a new 7 pin to 6 pin cable and 6 pin connector. Also want the radio connection instead of the LED bar. Can you tell me the part numbers I need.

JC, if it were me I'd go with the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251. It is a bit more expensive, but it's easily one of the best braking systems on the market, so you'd be paying for more of a premium system, which when it comes to your overall safety, is worth the investment.

Also, for a new wiring kit you're going to want the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This kit is going to come with a brand new 7 way to 6 way cable, 4 new diodes (you don't have to use them since you've already got them installed), a 27" long 4 way harness, and all of the wiring connectors needed for install.
