Will Blue Ox 7-Wire to 6-Wire Cord Work as Back Up For One in Accessory Kit BX88308

I have a blue ox towbar installed and also got the accessory kit BX88308. I wanted to get a backup 7 way to 6 way cord and I see BX88206 but it looks different than the one I currently use from the accessory kit. Will this cord work or do I need a different one? Thanks

Hi Jeremy,

Yes, the Blue Ox 7-Wire to 6-Wire, Coiled Electrical Cord # BX88206 will definitely work as a back-up to the 7-wire to 6-wire cord that comes with the Blue Ox Accessory Kit # BX88308.

These are actually the same thing, it's just the color on the 6-pin plug in the Accessory Kit is silver while that same plug is black on the # BX88206.
