Is the ETBC7 Better Then a Mecmo 7-Way?
Question:
One last question: there’s a universal 7 pin connector kit from Mecmo that’s only $23. What is it in your kit that results in the $129 price? Thanks again!

Besides quality? The item # ETBC7 has all of the circuit breakers and wiring you'll need. The heavy duty circuit breakers and correct gauge of wiring are going to be vital especially considering you're installing it on an Audi. European cars have extremely difficult electric systems.
I have been working here for years and towing trailer's since I could drive and I have honestly never heard of Mecmo until you mentioned them. They've got some decent reviews but the negative ones relating to blowing fuses and shotty wiring are the reasons I would be concerned installing it on an Audi.
