Replacement Leaf Springs for 7k Axles
Question:
I would like to send you photos of the 7000 leaf springs on my trailer. I believe I need to replace the ones on the rear axle as they have moved sideways. The front axel springs are probably ok, but I want an expert opinion. Measurements are 26 1/2” long (flat measurement) 1 3/4” wide. Thanks.

Those look pretty worn out so I would replace them. The one leaf definitely should not be misaligned with the rest of the stack. I can't tell if the front are in the photos or not. Personally I would replace all four but at a minimum you need to replace in pairs so that would be the two rear leaf springs.
Since your flat measurement is 26-1/2" you can use the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 7,000-lb Trailer Axles # e64SR as a replacement. The same measurement on these leaf springs is 26-3/8" so there is a 1/8" difference but that isn't enough to matter.
While you're at it, I would also upgrade the other suspension components using the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit. The shackle straps in particular are prone to failure and you may have shortened their life with the additional stress of that offset leaf spring. This kit comes with 1/2" thick shackles, wet bolts, and bronze bushings. If your current shackles measure 2-1/4" center hole to center hole you need the # MR46ZR and if they're 3-1/8" the # MR76ZR.
