Yes, you can use the Curt trailer hitch mount cargo carrier, # C18145, on any 1-1/4 inch or 2 inch trailer hitch including a Draw-Tite brand hitch.
To make sure the carrier clears the back of your vehicle you will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole straight back to the distance required to clear the rear bumper. If that distance is less than 6 inches then it will clear the vehicle. I have linked a video review of the carrier for you.
