Smart Jack Won't Go Up or Down

Question:

My smart jack LIP 643589 stop operating up or down this evening what can I check or do to correct the problem . Purchase this Jack in SEP 2022 at bankston motor home INC

I'm sorry the folks at the establishment you purchased the Lippert Smart Jack # LC643589 from were unable to help you. I'm not sure what they told you to do, but what the manufacturer has told us regarding this jack is if it is not operating up or down is to first check the grounded 12 volt power supply it is wired to. That is basically the issue 99% of the time when this occurs. Should that not remedy the problem, remove the fuse in the power wire for 15 minutes which will reset it.
