How to Identify Replacement Hub for 2019 Skeeter ZX190 Boat Trailer
Question:
I have s single axle boat trailer and wantbto purchase a spare hub assembly in case of an emergency. How do I make sure I am purchasing the correct assembly for my trailer? It is the original trailer that came with my 2019 Skeeter ZX190 when I bought it new.

To find the right replacement hub you will need to identify your bearing combination and bolt pattern. This means you're going to need to pull off one of your existing hubs. Once this is done, check for part numbers stamped into the side of the bearings. If these are worn off or missing you can measure the inner diameter of the bearings or the spindle where the bearings ride using a digital caliper like # PTW80157.
For example, if you have a # L68149 inner bearing (1.378" inner diameter) and # L44649 outer bearing (1.063" inner diameter) you have a standard 3,500 lb spindle. For a spare hub you can use the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K for a hub and drum assembly or # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K if you need an idler hub.
