Hey Steve, the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension # CSS-1069 is definitely going to help, but ultimately the best way to reduce sag while towing is to use a weight distribution system.

If you can let me know what your tongue weight is of your trailer when loaded up ready to roll, I'd be happy to make some suggestions I think you'll like. Or, if you'd rather use a tow vehicle suspension upgrade let me know what year your Audi Q5 is and I'll help you out there.

Thanks for your response Bryce. My Audi is a 2015 TDI. My first choice would be a weight distribution hitch and bars, but according to Audi, it's not recommended for this vehicle because the insertion points for the hitch receiver into the uni-body channels puts stress on the welds and can cause fatigue cracking when the load leveller is tensioned.

@Steve Okay Steve, so oddly enough no one actually makes any suspension enhancements for your 2015 Audi Q5 so the best option in this case would be to use the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension # CSS-1069. You're just going to need to measure the space between the coil on the rear coil springs and let me know what that is so I get you the right coil.

@BryceD Hi Bryce, space between coils is 3.4” lifted on a jack (so unloaded) and 2.6” on the ground.

@SteveO Okay it actually looks like there is nothing at all matching either of those numbers, unfortunately. I checked with SuperSprings to confirm this as well.
