Should Tekonsha P3 be Recalibrated with Trailer Fully Loaded

I just installed this brake controller and completed the initial setup get up to 25mph and adjust sensitivity. My trailer was empty when I did this. Should I do this again once my trailer is loaded?

You'll already have a good idea of how to adjust the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195, but it would be good to do a bit of a test run once your trailer is loaded just to make sure the brakes are operating safely and effectively.
