Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2006 Ford E-450 Super Duty
Question:
Need to upgrade my 2006 Tioga 31 class c trailer hitch from the current one rated at 3500lbs to flat tow my jeep wrangler sport that weighs 4300lbs’. It’s a E450 super duty with the 6.8l v10. Recommendations? Jeff

Hey Jeff, it sounds like you could be using the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13900. This is a multi-fit trailer hitch that has a max GTW of 16,000 lbs, and a max tongue weight capacity of 1,600 lbs so you'll have plenty of capacity to tow your Jeep.
According to the instructions, it looks like you'd just need to drill holes C & D and use existing holes A or B.
