Troubleshooting a Redarc Tow Pro Liberty that Isn't Turning On A 2019 Infiniti QX80

Doesnt light up, Ive trouble shot the vehicle,was sent a faulty break controller or cords

Hey Josh, since you're using a plug and play harness # RED39FR there shouldn't be a whole lot of riff raff to use it so the only thing I can think of is that either you have a faulty harness or that there is a blown fuse somewhere that needs to be replaced.
You'd need to consult your owner's manual for a fuse diagram and look for anything relating to towing and check the fuses. There's also a chance that the fuse itself was never put in, so I'd keep my eye out for that as well.
