Replacement Bolts for Trailer Hitch on 2021 RAV4 LE

What size screws are needed to install a tow hitch in my toyota rav4 le 2021

The bolt size used depends on the hitch you have. A hitch like the etrailer # e23ZR or Curt # C13416 uses M12-1.25 x 35mm hex bolts. The Draw-Tite # DT82QR uses Bolt M12x1.25x30. The # DT97YR is a different style of installation so it has 1/2"-13 x 2.00 carriage bolts and M12x1.75x100 mm bolts along with other components.

I recommend identifying the hitch and then checking the instructions for that hitch to find the right hardware. If it requires spacer blocks then you will want to use # RHK for replacement hardware instead of trying to piece it together locally.
