Solution for Needing Replacement Reese Weight Distribution Shank
Question:
Need just a hitch for load distribution parts that came with a trailer. Bars say PRO SERIES 117581, complete kit #49902. Have bars, trailer brackets, sway bar mounts, just need the adjustable hitch. Have photos if necessary

Hey Mike, so what you are looking for is a weight distribution shank which we have with the part # 17120 for an option that will allow you to have up to a 5-3/4 inch drop. Thankfully basically all of the weight distribution companies decided to make their shanks to the same specs so they are interchangeable.

OK, that was the easy part. I am more concerned about the hitch. I have read up with what is compatible with my PRO SERIES complete kit 49902 with 1 and 3/8" round bars and find that hitch number PS58442 should be compatible with the torsion bars and the shank you have recommended. Please confirm.
