The part you referenced, Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30035, is a fit for your 2007 Silverado Classic.
Universal-type kits like this one from Reese are the most cost-effective option, but take the most time for installation. Other kits offer the convenience of reduced drilling and less overall installation time by using semi-custom or custom brackets designed expressly for your vehicle. Reese custom 5th wheel install kit # RP50064-58 may be a preferable option. This kit works with all industry-standard hitches except for the Elite (Signature) series from Reese or Valley UBS hitches.
I have linked a video showing installation of this custom kit in your same year and model truck. The written instructions are also linked along with an article on 5th wheel hitch installation tips.
5th wheel applications in short-bed trucks such as your 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500LD with a 5-1/2-foot bed require the trailer be equipped with a Sidewinder replacement pin box to provide the necessary cab clearance for low-speed turns. For reference I have included an article concerning Sidewinders.
