Comparing 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 Contact and Load Pro 35 Hellwig Helper Springs
Question:
How does this HE89SR helper spring compare to the Hellwig Load Pro 35 Progressive Helper Springs - Above Axle as far as leveling a heavy load? It appears that this helper spring will not raise the level of the rear end of the truck at rest, whereas the Hellwig Load Pro 35 Progressive Helper Springs - Above Axle looks like it could be tightened to raise the level if needed. Is that correct?

Expert Reply:
The Hellwig Contact Helper Spring # HE89SR sit on top of the overload springs on your 2024 GMC Sierra 3500 while the Hellwig Load Pro 35 Progressive Helper Springs # HE32XR basically reinvent the overload springs and do allow you to adjust how much help they are providing.
If you want a simple kit then the Contact Help Spring is the way to go, but if you want more control over the spring operation then the Load Pro 35 is what you're needing.
Let me know if you have any other questions about either kit!
