Replacement Waste Valve And Fresh Water Pump For A 2012 Forest River Sport Surveyor

Question:

I have a 2012 Forest River Sport Surveyor. I need to replace the holding tank valve. I have sent a pic of what i need as the handle on the I believe grey water valve broke as well. Next I believe I need a new pump that pumps water from fresh water tank. Thanks

Hello Sandy thanks for the picture. The valve in your picture appears to be a double waste valve like the Valterra Motorhome San Tee # T18A. This valve uses a 3" spigot with a 1-1/2" hub off to the side, both of which are the standard valve sizes. You could always measure the current valve to confirm this, but based on what I can see in your picture, the # T18A will be exactly what you need.

As far as a fresh water pump, they are all fairly universal, it really comes down to your requirements, such as the gallons per minute (GPM) or PSI rating you are needing. A really common option for smaller campers like yours, is the Seaflo Diaphragm Pump # SE58FR with will flow at 3 gallons per minute and has a max pressure of 45 PSI. There should be a sticker on the current pump with the specs. The link below will show you our full selection of fresh water pumps if you are looking for something different.
