Will Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier with Lid Bounce Around and Hit Tow Vehicle When Folded Up

Re CARPOD M2200/top cover installation on a 2020 Winnebago NAVION : When the unit with top cover is collapsed and folded UP, is there any restraint included to prevent the folded unit sides/top from contacting the host vehicle?? Not much clearance from hitch to bumper on this model. If not, how should the assembly be restrained to prevent contact with the back of the NAVION?? Please advise,

Great question, Chuck!

The 23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier w/ Lid # M2205-2201 comes with a cinch strap to keep the walls and the lid secured to the carrier when it's in the stowed and folded up position. If you jump to the 1 minute mark in the linked video you'll see how our team member secures all of this with the strap.

If you're talking about the 23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier w/ Lid # M2200-2201, this system is a fixed carrier so it can't be folded up against the tow vehicle. It still comes with a strap though to keep everything secured.
