It doesn't look like the 2024 Ford Ranger can be flat towed, Ron. I went ahead and checked both Roadmaster and BlueOx and they only offer base plates for the 2024 Ford Edge, Bronco, Expedition, and Maverick.
According to Ford, you must recreationally tow your vehicle with all four wheels off the ground, such as when using a car-hauling trailer, otherwise, you cannot recreational tow your vehicle.
