The correct RoadActive Suspension kit for your 2018 Ford F-150 depends on if your truck is a 2WD or 4WD:
- 2WD # RAS94FR
- 4WD # RAS3611-YHD
Either kit will definitely help to level out your truck, and a key feature is how the amount of help they offer can be manually adjusted for various loads. I recommend initially messing with the adjustment settings until you find something that is just right for your trailer application, but won't affect your unloaded ride performance.
Just to cover all of our bases I also want to point out that your trailer needs to be loaded so that your tongue weight is 10-15% of the loaded weight, and that a weight distribution system like the Blue Ox TrackPro # BLU36FR is the first step into achieving a level towing setup. The RoadActive suspension kit is better suited for truck bed loads (like hauling or for an in-bed camper) but it can be used in addition to a weight distribution system if you feel like your truck needs a little more help.
