Water Continues to Run Using Dometic 310 Toilet
Question:
I have a Dometic toilet, model 310. After depressing the foot pedal to flush the toilet, the water continues to gently stream into the toilet bowl for about 30 seconds and then stops. Would this most likely be a water valve beginning to fail situation? If not, what else could cause this problem?

You are absolutely correct with what the issue most likely is with the water continuing to run using the Dometic 310 toilet.
I took a look at the owner's manual for you and it does state that for continuous water flow, the issue is a damaged or worn water valve which should be replaced, which you can do with the Replacement Water Valve for Dometic Pedal Flush RV Toilets # DOM93FR.
