Recommended Curt 5th Wheel Hitch for the 2024 GM Factory Puck System
Question:
If a 2024 Chevrolet is already gooseneck prepped, what curt hitch is needed?

If by gooseneck prepped you mean factory towing package with the puck system you can use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR and install any Curt 5th wheel hitch that attaches to industry standard rails.
If you are looking for a Curt 5th wheel hitch that attaches directly to the puck system you'll need the Curt Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch item # C57FR. This only works with the 8' bed length Chevys or if you have rotating pin box. It has legs built into the base that attach directly to the pucks.
In a prior question you referenced having a Curt Q20 5th wheel hitch. You could also replace the legs on it with the Curt OEM 5th Wheel Hitch Legs for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package item # CU53FR and not need to use an adapter. These would not work if your hitch is a slider.
Lastly if the dealer is installing just a gooseneck hitch for you you would need to find out which one they're installing because there are a couple of specific adapters that would work with Curt 5th wheel hitches. These are not for the puck systems only aftermarket Curt gooseneck hitches. I have listed the two options below:
Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitches item # C16210
Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate for EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # C16220
