To add oil hubs and disc brakes to your 7,000 lbs axles, you will want the Dexter Disc Brake Kit - 12-1/4" Hub/Rotor - Oil - 8 on 6-1/2 - E-Coat item # K71-694-695-13. This kit comes with all of the necessary bearings, races, and seals needed to complete your installation.
You will also need brake lines and an actuator, I recommend the HydraStar Kit item # HBA16-252-82 which comes with the brake lines needed for a tandem axle trailer, wiring, the best actuator available, and a breakaway kit.
