The SportRack crossbar system you mentioned, part # SR1002 is compatible with your Prius, as well as the Rhino Rack Fork Mount bike rack, part # RBC035.

The SportRack crossbar system is a multi fit item, designed to fit multiple vehicles. For carrying a bicycle, I would urge you to use a roof rack system that is specifically designed for your vehicle. A vehicle specific rack will have a much more secure attachment to your vehicle, would be much easier to install/remove and I'm confident you'd be much happier with the fit.

If you used the Rhino Rack Vortex 2500 kit, which consists of the Vortex Crossbars, part # RRVA118S-2, the Leg Kit, part # RRRLKVA and the vehicle specific clamp kit, part # DK195, you would have a rack that is compatible with the Rhino Rack # RBC035 rack you had looked at.
