Is a Charge Line Needed to Flat Tow a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport?
Question:
I have a 2013 Jeep 2dr Wrangler sport. I want the Demco stay/play with coachlink. Are there additional parts I need to order? Do I need to add a trickle charge to this unit? I had this unit in a previous tow car that I sold so any coach wiring will already be installed. Also any recommended installers in the 92883 area? Having a tough time finding someone to do the work

You do not need a charge line to flat tow your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink Monitor item # DM86VR is a great option for a braking system.
The only other electrical parts you will need is the wiring harness that allows you to connect to your RV and control your lights. I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267.
I have linked a couple of installation videos below so you can see how these parts get set up.
As far as installers go in the Inland Empire we have quite a few. You'll want to go the left side of the product page beneath the pictures and the videos and click on the link that says Locate installers near me. If you put in your zip code you will find a list of reputable installers in your area.
