Is Trimming Required On Bumper Fascia To Install etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver 2024 Ford Escape?
Question:
Will I need to trim my rear fascia to install this receiver?
asked by: Kerry
Expert Reply:
You will not have to trim any of your rear fascia on your 2024 Ford Escape to install our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e89YR. There is a chance you may need to enlarge a hole on your frame to insert the square hole spacers needed to secure the receiver.
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55VV will give you a 4-way flat connector. This is the most common connector found on most small trailers you might pull. It will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 should your hitch mounted accessory impair the view of your tail lights.
