The brake mounting bolt pattern for the #84 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles # TRU87FR is 2-13/16" and then the section that fits into the axle tube is 2" and it tapers out to 2-3/8".

The #84 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles #TRU87FR is not brand specific so it will work with a Dexter axle tube. It will fit 2-3/8 inch diameter axles.
