Recommended Replacement Electric Trailer Jack For A 2013 Lance 2285 Travel Trailer

Question:

I bent the Atwood Power Jack on my 2013 Lance 2285 trailer and it looks like the jack is obsolete and parts, including the jack housing and ram assembly, part no. 87559 and foot, part no. 87021 are no longer available. I see several 3500 LBS electric jacks on your website am wondering what you would recommend?

Personally, I always recommend the Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX since it has such a simple design and has easily replaceable components. A lot of the other options on the market either have completely non-replaceable parts or have use oddball components that can't be replaced if they went out of production later on. This jack might not be as pretty as the rest but it uses very basic components for easy use and replacement after years of wear and tear. Along with the jack I recommend picking up a cover # UF38-944020 to help protect the head from the elements.
