I recommend starting by removing your Greystone RV Curved Electric Fireplace # GR54FR from the wall/cabinet and disconnecting it from its power source. While it's unplugged blow out the vents with a can of compressed air to remove any dust/debris buildup. Next check the outlet with a multimeter # PT89ZR to ensure that the fireplace is receiving a full 120 volts. I recommend also replacing the batteries in the remote to ensure lack of power isn't the issue. After 15 minutes the fireplace should be fully reset and can be plugged back in and tested. If the issues persist then you might have a bad sensor or control board and will need to reach out to the manufacturer for replacement.
