There really isn't a whole lot of troubleshooting to do - but I'd recommend trying the basics. Start by restarting your phone, usually this will clear up any minor connectivity issues.

If that still does not fix it, then try removing the Air Command from your Bluetooth and reconnecting it. If that doesn't work, the last thing you can try is deleting the app entirely and reinstalling it. If you get to this part, make sure you clear it out of your Bluetooth device list as well to give it a fresh restart.

It also wouldn't hurt to make sure the Air Command is connected to your vehicle's ECU. Since your other phone hooks up fine I wouldn't bet that being an issue but it never hurts to check. If it's for some reason not connected, you'll have to open up your vehicle's Bluetooth settings and re-pair it.

Hi there, The Firestone Air Command App in Iphone is stuck in demo and nothing we do seems to work. We have tried all the suggestions above and used different phones but nothing works. The app itself doesn't seem to have any intuitive way to turn it off, and emailing the company has gained no results. Please advise- Brooke

@Brooke Other than uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, or restarting your phone, there is not much else you can do. If the app is stuck that's a Firestone issue, and we would have no way of fixing that unfortunately.
