Should King Pin Plate on Fifth Wheel Trailer be Level

On a 5th wheel trailer shouldnt the pin plate on the trailer be level when the trailer is level?

Yes, you would want the king pin plate on a fifth wheel trailer to be as level as possible. This will help make connecting to the hitch easier but most hitches have tilting capabilities in the heads so if it's not perfectly level it will still be okay.
