Should The Mounting Bolts Of The TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Need To Be Hammered Into Place
Question:
Hello, I bought a magnum superhitch for my 2017 ford f350. Step 5 says when attaching the square cross bar to the side plates that the bolt need to be hammered in to seat them. However, the bolt I have there fit pretty loose, definitely don’t need anything to set them. Is that ok?

The holes in the brackets seem to be machined out a bit wider than in the past so the bolts slide in much easier when installing the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLF1008-30. If you watch Jake's installation video below you can see that he wiggles the bolt into place pretty easily at the 10:25 minute mark. As long as you properly torque down the bolts you shouldn't have any issues.
