Troubleshooting A Non-Working Jensen LED 110V RV TV # JE5515
Question:
We have a Jensen je5515 tv. That stopped working. No traveling was done to loosen anything. Standby light blue is on and does dim a little when attempting to turn it on. Is there a reset button on this model? Any other ideas ?

Expert Reply:
There isn't a reset button on the Jensen LED 110V RV TV # JE5515, but unplugging it from the power for about 15 minutes should be enough time to fully reset tv. While you have the TV unplugged I recommend checking the outlet with a multimeter # PT89ZR to make sure that the outlet is providing enough power for the TV to properly operate. You should be around 110v to 120v AC. If you read less than 110v then we know that the power source is the issue and not the TV.
