To replace the wire harness on your trailer I recommend the 35 Ft 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness # A35W42B. This wishbone-style wire harness has two sets of running light wires so that you don't have to splice in a jumper wire and can easily follow the frame during the installation.
For the tail lights I recommend the Optronics LED Combination Trailer Tail Lights # TLL160RK. I've put a ton of these on trailers over the last couple of years and they've always been super easy to install. Since you'll be using this in a marine application I definitely recommend picking up some heat shrink butt connectors # DW05744-10 to protect your wire connections.
If there's a separate light bar that you're also wanting then let me know any preferences you have and what you'd like to do with it and I'd be happy to look for the best option.
